Dentists
Dr. Cody Glass
Dr. Cody Glass is a Lancaster native graduating from Lancaster High School in 2013. Dr. Glass immediately began pursuing his lifelong dream of becoming a dentist, and attended the University of Iowa for undergraduate studies. He graduated with Summa Cum Laude honors and began dental school in the Fall of 2017. He was very involved with student organizations throughout dental schools and earned his doctor of dental surgery degree in 2021. After a brief associateship he opened The Dental Office, LLC in April of 2023 with his wife Ella. He is an active member of the American Dental Association as well as the Wisconsin Dental Association. In his free time he enjoys golfing, hunting, and spending time with his family.
Dr. Sean Engel
We are excited to welcome Dr. Sean Engel, DDS, as the newest member of The Dental Office team. Dr. Engel was born and raised in Southeast Minnesota. After graduating from Stewartville High School in 2013, he attended Wartburg College in Waverly Iowa until 2017 when he graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree while studying Biology and Religion. Dr. Engel then studied at the renowned University of Iowa College of Dentistry, graduating in 2021 with his Doctorate of Dental Surgery (DDS).
Upon graduation Dr. Engel became Captain Engel as he served as the 1st Infantry Division’s Brigade Dentist in Fort Riley Kansas. During his 4 years (2021-2025) with the 1st Infantry Division, CPT Engel spent 9 months deployed in Eastern Europe and completed 3 rotations to the National Training Center in the Mojave Desert. His exemplary efforts during his 4 years with the 1st Infantry Division were noticed as he was awarded 3 Army Achievement Medals, 1 Meritorious Service Medal, 1 Global War on Terrorism Service Medal, 1 National Defense Service Medal, 1 Army Service Medal, and the Army’s Drivers Badge. During his deployment to Eastern Europe, CPT Engel assisted in Operation Assure, Deter, and Reinforce and the Joint Multinational Training Group – Ukraine. His efforts with the Ukrainian Allied Forces have contributed to multiple publications in Military Medicine.
Dr. Engel currently lives in Cassville Wisconsin, where his wife, Payton Engel (Brinkman) was born and raised. When he isn’t in the clinic, Dr. Engel enjoys to spend his time socializing with friends and family, hunting, or fishing. We are excited to bring Dr. Engel’s experience and knowledge to the Lancaster Community.
